Perched above the treetops with ocean glimpses, our Pacific Vista Project captures the essence of elevated, modern coastal living.

Our team was engaged to design the kitchen and bathrooms for our client’s holiday home. These key spaces were well overdue for an upgrade with the home feeling dark, dated and heavy. The vision was to create interiors that felt grounded, earthy yet modern. Balancing natural texture with clean lines. Warm stone, muted oak, and soft neutral tones come together to form a palette that feels both elevated and effortless.

The project goal was to to elevate the value of the home to exceed area value expectations. As an investment property for our clients, increasing the property value including the renovation cost is of paramount importance.

The result is a home that feels cool, grounded and earthy - exactly as our client’s envisioned it.
