A complete renovation of a beachside home in Suffolk Park. A once dark, dated and somewhat dingy beach shack has been completely transformed into a refined and elevated home. A home to fall in love with.
Coastal bushland connects the home to Tallows Beach, with the textures and tones of the structure and styling complimenting the surrounds. Layered soft textures give the home a warmth and calmness - soft render throughout, VJ panelled walls, natural clay tiles and custom edged stone bench tops.
Comprising of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, the home had a number of tricky spaces and layout issues to overcome. Including a “pokey” loft space accessed by a ladder. The hallway was widened at the end, and the adjoining bedrooms combined to be able to add a staircase to the bedroom.
The highlight of the home is the kitchen - the soft textures, cabinetry and mixed metals come together to create a space that is both unique and dreamy.
